Our Little Elves..

Larkin, Kade, Maggie

We are now 4 1/2 months old and time seems to be flying by (well some nights are slower).  I started back to work 3 days a week on December 1st and it actually has not been too bad. We have an AWESOME girl that comes to the house to watch our precious babies. She is so great with them and I feel comfortable being away while she is with them.  The triplets continue to grow and develop without too much delay (technically they are only 2 months old).  They all smile, coo, hold their hands together and are starting to roll over.

Jolly Ole Elf

This elf is the closest thing to Ole St Nick as you will find. Not only is he round but he is also the most Jolly of all the elves. He has an indiscriminate smile and is there for everyone with a toothless grin that will make your heart melt. His barrel laugh can be heard round the world and fills a room with delight. when compared to the giving Mr. Claus Larkin only lacks the beard because the heart and warmth is definitely there.
The Littlest Elf
Don't let this elf's size fool you. She packs a mighty punch. Even though she is small in stature compared to her brother elves her strength and determination are legendary. Pound for pound she may be the strongest elf in the bunch. She is a dedicated worker who can go without looking at mom and dad (and anyone else who holds her) for hours on end. It is the opposite of a stare down. Its a "stare away" and in this game she is the world champion. It is because of the innate ability and pure stubbornness that our littlest elf may be the best all around. She smiles, coos, sleeps well most nights and can even rollover.
Mighty Elf
Behold the 8th wonder of the world! Ladies and gentlemen I am proud to introduce Mighty Elf. Though only an estimated 24 inches long and a mere 15 lbs this talented young munchin is capable of feats that elves twice his age would be proud of. He can stand on one leg. He can stand on one leg while in mom's hand. He can roll over to his left or right (witness evidence below). He even is able to release a guttoral screech loud enough to shatter windows and be heard as far away as China. Yes ladies and gentlemen, be aware that you are beholding a great acrobat in the making. Don't get attached to this elf however, he already has offers from Cirque De Soleil and Ringling Brothers to star in their shows so his stay in the North Pole may be brief.
Yo Lil Mama! You think this kid will ever pick his head up?

Cute Hineys

How long do have I have to hold my breath in this pose dad? I think they can see my muscles already

Don't be fooled, this smile you see is on Maggie's terms only!

Aww Dad. Not the bright lights again. You know how the flash bothers my eyes!
